- Work with the battery thermal systems engineering team to support current projects as well as future concept design for thermal managements systems
- Engage with the thermal and CAE team to develop innovative cooling solutions optimized for performance and high-volume manufacturing.
- Ensure the designs are met on time and to quality standards within the Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) constraints
- Produce documentation for all exploratory work, analysis, and design decisions
- Support the DVP plan to validate thermal systems and components
